Do I need to organize all of my photos before I send them?
No! Please don’t feel like you need to perfectly organize hundreds—or thousands—of photos before getting started. That’s part of what I’m here for. After you order, I’ll send you a private shared folder where you can upload your memories, along with a simple questionnaire that helps me understand your trip and what matters most to your family. I’ll take it from there.
What if I'm not very tech-savvy?
No worries. The upload process is designed to be simple, and I’ll send clear instructions after your order. If you have trouble at any point, just reach out and I’ll help you through it.
Will I get to preview my book before it is shipped?
Yes, I will send you a digital link to preview for one set of revisions before shipping to you to insure you're completely happy with everything about your book.Â
How long does shipping take?
Because every Memory Book is custom-designed, turnaround time begins once your questionnaire and photo/video uploads are complete. Most books are completed and delivered within approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the package, number of memories submitted, revisions, and printing/shipping time.
What happens to my family photos and videos?
Your photos and videos are used only to create your Memory Book and are shared with me through your private client folder. Your family memories are treated with care and are never used publicly without your permission.
Do you make magic memory books for other occasions?Â
While the heart of the company is in creating Disney vacation books, the same concept can apply to a baby book, special holiday, or any other occasion. We take on select projects by request.
